Payment Terms
All major credit cards via pay pal are welcome except American Express AMEX.
Order Minimum
There is no minimum order.
Returns
We are returns friendly and seek to provide you with a fantastic shopping experience at So Seductive Shoes.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns shall only be accepted for defects or non-conformity with the original order. For further details, please read our return policy below.
Refused Shipments
Receipts by So Seductive Shoes.com.au of a refused package, without prior notice, are considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders. All refused shipments will result in a 50% restocking charge plus freight costs incurred. Charges will be added to reshipments.

Postage and Handling
Once an order is placed with So Seductive Shoes.com.au it will be processed within 24hrs of payment received. If order is placed with no payment received, order will be rejected within 24hrs of placement. For payment information please refer to Terms and Conditions above.
It is then processed with our warehouse within the USA and takes approx 2-4 working days.
You will then receive your shoes via Australia post express postal service, which can be delivered to any residential, business or PO Box address stated in your customer registration form/details.
You must allow up to 10-14 working days for delivery after ordering with So Seductive Shoes. During peak times please allow an additional 7 days (With the lead up of Halloween, Christmas and Easter included)
Due to all Australia post being individually owned we cannot control if they leave the parcel at your front door or if you are not
home to collect, then they will take it to the nearest postal office in your area.
We deliver Australia wide also.
Alternate Shipping Methods
This alternate shipping method needs to be cleared prior to ordering from So Seductive Shoes, this will only be on orders with 3 cartons or more (18 pairs of shoes), you can designate trucking/courier companies to ship your merchandise.

Returns
Merchandise Return Policy
To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:
You MUST email us to authorise any returns, please email us info@soseductiveshoes.com.au
1. Merchandise was ordered directly from So Seductive Shoes.com.au, and supported by a So Seductive Shoes.com.au Invoice from your internet receipt.
2. Merchandise must be returned within 1 month of the invoice date. Returns after 2 months of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of their invoice value.
No returned merchandise will be accepted after 3 months from the invoice date.
3. Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged or bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labelling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed.
4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in re-sailable condition.
5. So Seductive Shoes.com.au reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise's sizing, fitting,colour, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
6. Customer is responsible for all return costs included the return post for replacement shoes no exceptions. When you have been cleared to return shoes and a replacement pair is to be dispatched to you, you must include an Extra Large ($18.00) Express Australia Post Sachel when returning the shoes.
Merchandise Return Procedure
1. Please email info@soseductiveshoes.com.au for return authorization.
2. So Seductive Shoes.com.au is not responsible for the return postage charges.
4. All returns must be prepaid by the person/s returning the item. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused.
5. So Seductive Shoes.com.au will not be responsible and will not pay any part of a return package.
6. Please include a large express post envelope in the merchandise being returned. (See above for further info)
CREDIT ISSUANCE POLICY
1. Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect or So Seductive Shoes.com.au shipping error, this will not include the original postage & Handling costs.
In No event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit.
2. Returns for reasons other than the above are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge.
3. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. So Seductive Shoes.com.au reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.
4. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by So Seductive Shoes.com.au. upon approval you will receive a written credit by email.
5. Credits may not be redeemed for cash. Credits can be applied to open invoices and future orders only.
